Role Description
Collins Group Realty is seeking a full-time Closings Manager to manage the entire process of closing our real estate transactions. This key team player is a primary role in all facets of Closings and includes a high level of engagement with clients, coordination with team members, cooperation and assistance with other agents in other firms, necessary vendors, mortgage lenders and attorneys. This includes support, guidance, robust communication and coordination with all involved in the complex closing process. The Closings Manager works to ensure that all necessary documentation and paperwork is submitted on time and all legal requirements and regulations are adhered to. Provides 100% commitment to ensuring a smooth and on-time Closing for our clients.
