Internship Purpose:

This internship is an educational and training-focused experience designed to provide students with exposure to electrical contracting industry. The primary purpose of this internship is to benefit the intern through structured learning, mentorship, and observational experiences, rather than to meet the Company’s operational needs.

Learning Objectives:

• During the internship, participants will:
  • Receive structured guidance and supervision from experienced staff
  • Observe professional workflows and best practices
  • Participate in learning activities, discussions, or projects designed for instructional purposes
  • Develop academic or career-related skills aligned with their course of study

Nature of the Internship:

• The intern will not replace or displace any paid employee
• The intern will not be solely responsible for productive or operational work
• The Company does not derive immediate business advantage from intern activities
• The internship is time-limited and tied to a learning experience
• This internship does not guarantee employment at its conclusion
