Patient Coordinator – Join Our Fun, Family Oriented Chiropractic Office
Do you love people, display positive energy, and enjoy keeping things organized while making someone’s day better? We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, people-loving Patient Coordinator to join our team at Collins Chiropractic and Diagnostics.
This is not your average front desk job. You’ll be the smiling face patients see when they walk in, the calming voice on the phone, and the behind-the-scenes superhero helping our office run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients like family
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Collect payments and reschedule patients for follow up appointments
- Post payments to the system
- Research benefits on insurance portals
- Discuss insurance benefits with patients
- Print EOBs – eventually learn to read and interpret EOBs
- Help keep the office organized and flowing
- Assist patients with paperwork and check-in/check-out
- Keep the atmosphere upbeat, friendly, and positive
- Occasionally juggle multiple things at once with grace (and maybe coffee)

- Can multitask without melting down
- Knows the alphabet (filing is necessary)
- Is dependable and detail-oriented
- Communicates well in person and on the phone

- Can make people feel comfortable instantly
