The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

In this role, you will serve as an architect of information. You will complete publications and document control-based activities in support of several organizations including Security, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Digital Technology.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee SharePoint and Document Center administration, including the archival process for the corporate Business Process Library.
- Provide support to all teams regarding document markings (e.g., EXIM compliance), including facilitating template creation, verification, and reviews.
- Manage, control, and provide support for internal portals to ensure smooth functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for documentation and records archival related to activities such as company-led training sessions.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including skills in creating templates, applying header/footer markings, and managing advanced document properties.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Pro Suite or KofaxPower PDF
