This role is for a Production Maintenance Supervisor to manage the hourly MTS electrical and mechanical technicians and provide oversite of the IFM services. Additionally, this role will be the site liaison for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems working with central functions and vended service providers.

What You Will Do:

• Manager hourly and machine repair technicians to support production equipment
• Develop Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Participate in operations tier level management meetings
• Responsible for oversight and coordination of vendor support
• Assists with managing the CBRE management support team
• Manage and support computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
  
  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as definedhttps://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
• 2 years experience working on complex electromechanical equipment/systems' or leading the maintenance of these equipment/systems

• Experience leading a team of direct and/or indirect reports
• Prior experience in the Aerospace industry
• Prior experience managing projects

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
