- Provide support in home health settings, including assisted living and hospice care environments.
- Facilitate community engagement by encouraging participation in social activities and outings.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients while respecting their rights and dignity.
- Perform vital sign checks as needed and assist with first aid when required.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and understanding.
