Salary $45,000.00 to $50.000.00 yearly salary
Responsibilities:
Acts as the Nursing Home Administrator’s representative for The Meadows.
Communicate with families regularly to determine their level of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Will work with nursing leadership and the staffing coordinator to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained at all times.
Will assist with the budgeting process and monitor expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met.
Supervise the Activities Director at The Meadows.
Works with Admissions to conduct tours and welcome new admissions.
Complete resident PNA reconciliation monthly.
Responsible for ordering necessary supplies for the appropriate departments.
Discuss observations/concerns about non-clinical areas with appropriate personnel and issues about the care of the elders with the Clinical nursing supervisor at The Meadows.
Discuss observations/concerns about dietary issues with the Stewards and with the dietician
Schedule monthly team meetings for all houses. Attend team meetings to provide support, information, and guidance.
Monitor Steward’s compliance with in-service requirements.
Monitor overall regulatory compliance. Review any issues/concerns with appropriate
Department Managers and work together to educate and address.
Participate in hiring and firing decisions for The Meadows.
Please have the following requirements: Related college degree- Experience in Long Term Care and Management. Must have a resident-centered approach.
