We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment, devices, or systems according to company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Test systems to ensure proper operation
- Provide basic customer instruction and support after installation
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous installation, maintenance, or technical experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Customer service experience
- Certifications or technical training are a plus
