Intern – Content & Production Assistant

Collina Brands is the hospitality-centered spirits brand builder.   Driven by three central tenants: Delicious beverages, thoughtful design, and impeccable service, we strive to outwork the competition and build tomorrow’s iconic brands.   Our current portfolio includes Collina Viola, the Violet Aperitivo that makes eye-catching and delicious spritzes and negronis.  Our innovation pipeline for 2027 includes Lucio, the super-premium Italian gin , and El Crucero: tequila as it used to be.  We are just getting started.

We’re looking for a part-time intern (20 hours per week) to support content creation, production, and day-to-day brand operations. This role is hands-on and collaborative, offering exposure to photography, videography, and digital storytelling within a design-driven spirits and hospitality environment.

You’ll work closely with our creative team to help bring the Collina Brands aesthetic to life across social, digital, and in-person experiences.

Content & Production

• Support on-set photography and video production, including setup, organization, and breakdown
• Assist in preparing products, props, and materials for shoots
• Contribute to content creation across social and digital platforms, with an emphasis on visual storytelling
• Engage with our community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a thoughtful, brand-aligned voice
• Organize and maintain digital assets, including photo and video libraries

Operations & Administrative Support

• Assist with monthly reporting and data updates
• Support event execution and related logistics

• Interest in content creation, photography, marketing, or brand storytelling
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Comfortable being on camera when needed (including occasional hand or on-camera modeling)
• Must be 21

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in bartending or hospitality
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Compensation: $20.00 an hour
• Start Date: June 1st
