OFFICE ASSISTANT
Collin Street Bakery is seeking dedicated teammates to assist with Corporate Office Operations at our historic downtown fruitcake plant. Customer Service Representatives report directly to the Office Manager and are primarily responsible for answering the main switchboard, taking direct mail and email orders for bakery products, and resolving customer complaints or disputes. A successful Customer Service Rep has a sunny disposition, excellent customer service skills and pays great attention to detail.
Duties:
Answer the switchboard and transfer calls to the appropriate department
Help resolve customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with customer service responses on social media
Sort and open mail orders and enter mail-in orders into the database
Respond to customer service emails
Respond to customer chat requests
Requirements:
Prior call center or mail order processing experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Social Media skills preferred
Must have basic computer knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must complete the mandatory training program for our online order system
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written communication
Must work as a team and be relied upon to complete assigned tasks
Schedule: 8-12hr days, Monday thru Saturday with regular overtime available
Job Type: Seasonal (Sept thru Dec)
Pay: $10.00/hr.
