SEASONAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Collin Street Bakery is seeking dedicated teammates to assist with Call Center Operations at our historic downtown fruitcake plant. Call Center Representatives report directly to a Call Center Supervisor and are primarily responsible for taking telephonic orders for bakery products. A successful Call Center Rep has a sunny disposition, excellent customer service skills and pays great attention to detail.
Requirements:
Prior call center experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
Must have strong computer knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must successfully complete the mandatory training program for our online order system
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written communication
Must work as a team and be relied upon to complete assigned tasks
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday thru Friday, 40hrs/wk. with occasional OT & weekends
(Some shifts available for strictly evenings or weekends)
Job Type: Seasonal (Sept thru Dec)
Pay: $9.00/hr to start, increased upon successful completion of training
