Position Summary:
As a Baker, you’ll be part of the team that brings our recipes to life. You’ll prepare, mix, and bake products according to exact specifications, ensuring every batch meets Collin Street’s quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake items according to established recipes and production schedules
Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients
Operate ovens, mixers, and other commercial baking equipment safely
Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
Previous commercial baking or food production experience preferred (not required)
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warm environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow written or verbal instructions
Team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance
