Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient with phone systems and basic office software.
