About the Position

Collin Auto Body & Collision is opening soon in Collin County. We are a family-owned and operated business seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our team in McKinney, Texas. We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality repairs.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on skill level and experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform high-quality auto body and collision repairs in accordance with work instructions

· Assess repair needs and use sound judgment throughout the repair process

· Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

· Follow verbal and written work instructions

· Work collaboratively with the auto body shop team

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Meet established deadlines and communicate repair needs or concerns to the appropriate team member

Qualifications

· 5 years of auto body repair experience

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Positive attitude and ability to listen to and follow directions

· Dependable attendance and punctuality

· Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented

· Results-driven approach with good decision-making skills and sound judgment

· Commitment to continued learning and quality workmanship

· Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

· I-CAR certification

· Additional collision repair or manufacturer-specific training/certifications

· Proficiency with CCC, Car-O-Liner, Chief
