HVAC Residential Service Technician - Entry Level (Plano / Collin County Only)

We're currently looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician who is ready to build a career in residential HVAC service. Trade school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a field-based role with local routes only in Collin County. We focus on keeping drive time low so techs can stay productive and home on time.

Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Limited on-call rotation as experience develops
What You'll Do
- Assist with and perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls
- Learn diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service in the field
- Work alongside experienced technicians to build skill and confidence
What We're Looking For
- Trade school HVAC graduates strongly preferred
- Entry-level to 2 years of residential HVAC or related experience
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Must have basic hand tools
- Positive attitude and professionalism with customers
