Role Description
We're looking for an experienced technical consultant to work alongside our engineering team — contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and feature delivery on a part-time basis. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real equity upside.
What you'll work on
- Mobile app features in React Native / Expo — vendor storefronts, card scanning, real-time inventory sync
- Backend API development in FastAPI (Python) on AWS — scalable architecture, performance, reliability
- Web platform work in Next.js — marketplace, vendor dashboards, show discovery
- Code reviews, architecture guidance, and sprint collaboration with our development team
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with React Native, Python/FastAPI, or AWS (ideally all three)
- Prior startup experience — you know how to move fast and make pragmatic tradeoffs
- Self-directed — comfortable operating with autonomy and asynchronous communication
- Bonus: passion for the trading card hobby or consumer marketplace products
Compensation
Structure - Equity cash
Commitment - 10–20 hrs/week
