Colliflower and Peterson, A Division of RASco, Inc. is seeking to hire a Team Leader to manage general Marine Construction labor project activities, specifically in building heavy timber piers and vinyl seawalls. The Team Lead responsibilities include: project schedule management, material delivery planning and inventory control, customer discussions, and daily site supervision of tasks.
The candidate must be a US Citizen/Green Card Holder and have a valid driver’s license, have the ability to pass a drug test, and will work in the Northern Neck of Virginia counties.

Expected Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Pay: $35 - $45/hour
Qualifications: Leadership skills, Marine Construction knowledge, heavy timber carpentry, carpentry tool experience, mechanical knowledge, heavy equipment operation (barge push boat experience and excavator pile driving experience), commercial vehicle driving experience a plus, experience in reviewing project drawings, and general construction labor management experience.
