Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. In this role, you will…
- Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
- Perform analyses of a variety of property types (retail, office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
- Work alongside valuation professionals tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of financial reporting and tax purposes.
- 1 – 2 years of commercial real estate valuation experience.
- Registered Trainee and a commitment to becoming a certified general appraiser.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Argus Enterprise.
- Preference for Big 4 and other regional or national accounting firm experience.
