- This position is an onsite role based out of our Richmond, VA office. ***
You are a detail-oriented individual who thrives on managing deadlines and accurately performing your work. You bring expertise and understanding of commercial leases including extensive exposure to office and industrial portfolios. You understand that your contributions extend to the larger team, and you take pride in the quality of work that you produce.
In this role, you will
- Assist in the review of the tenant rent, CAM, operating expense, tax, or insurance reimbursement reconciliation as required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
- 5 years of experience reading leases, abstracting leases in a third-party environment.
- Within the first 3 months, you will understand the structure of the organization when to escalate or delegate tasks as assigned.
- Complete work accurately and error free.
- Experience working with Yardi is preferred.
