In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate and complete system and building repairs, as well as preventive maintenance requirements, in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to and completing work orders and projects.
- Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer in all aspects of site operations and maintenance.
- This position is represented by BOMA/IUOE Local 39.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building/property maintenance.
- Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and light carpentry/construction projects.
- Working knowledge of work order and preventive maintenance software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- CFC Certification in the High-Pressure Discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Valid driver's license.
