**Overview**

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a talented Learning & Knowledge Integration Manager to take on a high-impact role within the firm. This position sits at the intersection of learning, knowledge, and growth, designing and leading strategies that connect learning and development programs with knowledge management systems across the firm, especially during mergers and acquisitions.You'll play a pivotal role in welcoming new teams into our learning ecosystem, preserving institutional expertise, and turning shared knowledge into a competitive advantage. Through cultural alignment, professional development, and dynamic knowledge-sharing practices, this role helps fuel collaboration, operational excellence, and the firm's continued growth.Please note that this position requires an on-site presence and follows a hybrid work schedule based out of one of our U.S. offices.

**Responsibilities**

Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for learning and knowledge across functions (e.g., finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, HR) to ensure seamless integration of the acquired firm operations.-

Collaborate with department subject matter experts and operational leaders to align onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing processes.-

Work with the department subject matter experts to identify integration dependencies, milestones, scope, and timelines.-

Assist in establishing frameworks for capturing and sharing best practices, technical standards, and project insights.-

Assess and harmonize learning programs and knowledge repositories from acquired firms.-

Participate in the development of corporate training programs, compliance education, and professional development initiatives.-

Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions to support organizational goals.-

Implement modern learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms, AI and content builders) and ensure accessibility for all employees.-

Act as the primary liaison between acquired firms and internal learning/knowledge teams.-

Communicate integration progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.-

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support cultural and procedural alignment.-

Monitor KPIs for learning effectiveness and knowledge utilization.-

Stay current on trends in L&D and knowledge management within the AEC industry.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or related field.-

Master's degree or certifications (CPTD, CKM) preferred.-

Minimum 7-10 years in combined learning and development and knowledge management roles.-

Familiarity with LMS platforms, knowledge repositories, and collaboration tools.-

Proven experience in M&A integration projects, preferably in the AEC industry a plus.-

Strong project and change management capabilities.-

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.-

Analytical mindset for assessing learning and knowledge gaps.-

Proficiency in digital learning technologies and knowledge management systems.-

Professional office setting with occasional travel to acquired firm locations and project sites.-

Standard business hours with flexibility during integration phases.-

Travel up to 25% may be required.-

Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.Compensation: $88,000 to $120,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
