***This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Boston, MA location.***
About you
You’re a diligent, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it is responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.
In this role, you will
- Vacuums and cleans out the reflecting pool, pool troughs, and sump pits.
Cleans light fixtures, exterior furniture, and masonry as needed. - Sets up and secures outside furniture.
- Maintains and waters exterior planters.
- Inspects light fixtures and replaces lamps as necessary.
- Delivers water bottles, handles confidential trash, moves office furniture, lifts and moves materials, picks up and delivers material and/or people within the site and away from the site.
- Prepares rooms and sets up furniture for meetings and events.
Completes minor carpentry requests and repairs associated with furniture, office workstations, and wall displays. - Uses site vehicles (pickup truck, utility carts) both on and off the site property.
- You provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building/property maintenance
- Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects
- Carpentry experience is preferred.

Area/Location Specific: Boston, MA
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $18.61/hour to $33.65/hour
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
