Employee Benefits Account Manager

We have an immediate need to add an Employee Group Benefits Account Manager to our rapidly growing Group Benefits Department with the following skillset:

·        Preferred candidate resides either in the local area or within a few hours drive of Memphis, TN.

·        Requires 3-5 years’ experience working for an insurance agency, TPA, or insurance carrier;

·        Prefer experience in employee group benefits managing a book of business;

·        Preparing RFPs for various lines of coverage for prospects and clients;

·        Preparing proposals and assist in sales presentations;

·        Knowledgeable in HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, ERISA and various DOL guidelines;

·        Provide back-office support to clients for enrollments and other duties;

·        Maintain relationships with insurance carriers representatives;

·        Maintain client in multiple agency management and Ben-Admin systems;

·        Proficient in Microsoft products;

·        Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients;

TN LIFE & HEALTH LICENSE required within 90 days required within 6 months.
