Collier Senior Center – Golden Gate is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and mission-driven professional to serve as our next Senior Center Director.
This leadership position will oversee the center’s programs, operations, staff, volunteers, and community partnerships serving older adults and caregivers throughout Collier County.

Through strong community collaboration, we provide more than 100 free programs and activities each month for older adults and caregivers.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated leader with experience in nonprofit management, senior services, program development, community outreach, fundraising, and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Overseeing daily operations, programs, and events.
• Supervising staff and volunteers.
• Developing innovative senior programs and services.
· Supporting the planning and organizing of the annual dinner which is the major fundraising event of the Senior Center.
• Building community partnerships and outreach initiatives.
• Researching and securing grant funding opportunities.
• Managing budgets, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Supporting future development plans for a new senior center facility.
Qualifications Include
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in human services or nonprofit management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
• Experience working with multicultural communities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
