Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
High school diploma or GED. Experience in the operation and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning systems. Knowledge of and general ability in preventative maintenance. Basic computer skills required (i.e., ability to use email, District work order system and basic building management program).
Limited pesticide license or the ability to obtain one within six months from the date of hire.
