ABA Educational Assistant Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. An ABA Educational Assistant provides support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities in an educational setting, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the lead Special Education Teacher. They work with students to improve social skills, communication, and learning progress through positive reinforcement and data collection.
