Production Associate

Collette is seeking a Production Associate to join the Production/Distribution Team.  This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI.

Job Summary:

The Production Associate will be responsible for the preparation and quality control of all guest travel documents.

Primary Functions:

• Use Collette Systems, to create & proof documents for travelers
• Manage daily workflow to ensure that travelers will get their documents in a timely manner.
• Monitor, respond and process department internal phone queue and email inbox
• Be flexible on responsibilities to perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or other Microsoft office programs such as Excel, to enter data) and ability to learn Production Systems.
• Detail oriented and organized self-starter
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Ability to work productively and proficiently, both independently and as a team
• Able to work a flexible schedule (including occasional overtime and holidays)

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.
