What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Leasing and Marketing position at Collegiate Village of Potsdam Apartments?
Collegiate Village of Potsdam is looking for a dynamic, experienced Leasing and Marketing Director for our large off-campus student housing apartment community. Candidates will be working closely with the college student population, leasing apartments, assisting with marketing strategies, organizing and hosting promotional events while providing the best possible experience for our current and prospective residents.
Requirements:
- Strong experience leasing apartments both in person and through online/digital interactions
- Previous work in sales or a sales related field. Property leasing or management a plus
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as an enthusiastic representative of our apartment community and providing customer service with a smile
- Creatively contributing to ideas for marketing and promotional activities that will appeal to undergraduate students, graduate students, and local area professionals
- Effectively working in unison with our corporate office to meet company goals and expectations
- Helping maintain the CVP digital marketing and social media accounts
Work Schedule: 9:30 am– 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
Weekend availability needed.
