What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Collegiate House?
Job Summary
Collegiate House School Uniforms is looking to hire one year-round employee who is able to work full time from May to October and part time between November and April. We are a seasonal family owned business who work with private, charter, and public schools to get their kids back to school before labor day. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast past work environment, working as a team, and interacting with customers both in person, online, and over the phone.
We are located in Medford Square with lots of restaurants, shopping, and life in the area. We are also the last of the uniform companies who actually have a store front so we get quite busy in the summer time! While your schedule will be very flexible throughout the year August and September are extremely busy and we need everyone here.
We are looking for adults only who can work after the summer - we already have many students on staff.
Duties
Outfitting kids in school appropriate apparel and talking customers through various options.
Printing logos on polos, sweats, and other various items - you will be trained on this!
Picking up phones when necessary and processing online orders as they come through
Ability to problem solve while communicating directly with customers a must!
Pay: $25.00 per hour
