Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Contact Center Specialist to join our team. The Contact Center Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting enrollment and service objectives.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with students, promote services, and gather feedback
- Assist students with account management, admissions, financial aid, student services and employment verification, ensuring resolution in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center operations, customer support, or client services preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable (English required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis, and call center software systems preferred
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns efficiently and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
