FULLTIME

Leadership role to oversee all maintenance services to maintain our high standards of upkeep, cleanliness and safety to present a polished appearance.

Ideal Candidate for MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR:

• Prior supervisory role a plus
• 2 or more years maintenance experience
• Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Customer-focused
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Enjoys seniors

Job Tasks for MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR:

• Leads maintenance team
• Directs all maintenance programs (i.e. heating, cooling, gas, water, electrical, grounds, carpentry, painting, plumbing, building exteriors, sprinklers, fire alarms)
• Oversees safety / OSHA programs
• Preventive maintenace
• Oversees work orders
