Position: Laborer/Operator – Public Works Department
Hiring Range: $44,939 – $62, 915 (based on qualifications and experience)
Are you skilled in construction, road maintenance, and equipment operation? College Township is looking for a dedicated Laborer/Operator to help maintain our roads, bridges, parks, and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Maintain Township infrastructure and equipment
✔ Perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery
✔ Work in all weather conditions, including snow removal
✔ Occasional overtime required
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ 1–2 years of experience in construction and heavy equipment operation preferred
✅ Valid PA CDL Class A with air brake endorsement (or ability to obtain within 9 months)
