Director of Emerging Partnerships

College Success Foundation is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Emerging Partnerships to foster strategic relationships that drive organizational growth through leveraging emerging industry trends. You will be responsible for identification and cultivation of key organizational partners to expand the organization's outreach and ensuring alignment across initiatives to create cohesive, organization-wide strategies

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS DIRECTOR OF EMERGING PARTNERSHIPS

As the Director of Emerging Partnerships, you play a critical role in shaping the organization's future by fostering strategic relationships and driving impactful initiatives. Your day revolves around leveraging the organization's vision and strengths to cultivate, build, and fortify key partnerships that align with its mission and expand its reach.

Your work goes beyond identifying external opportunities; you seamlessly connect internal strategies and priorities, ensuring alignment across initiatives to create cohesive, organization-wide strategies. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you identify synergies, inspire cross-departmental innovation, and leverage industry insights to refine and align offerings. Your ability to synthesize diverse stakeholder perspectives strengthens organizational unity, enabling agile responses to evolving market trends and emerging opportunities.

Your role encompasses driving the organization toward new revenue opportunities by aligning programmatic efforts with strategic objectives. This includes fostering pathways that connect students to meaningful career opportunities, establishing federal partnerships, and developing innovative strategies. By seamlessly bridging external opportunities with internal strengths, you position the organization to advance its mission and propel CSF forward with purpose and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

The items listed below are the minimum requirements for the job and are relevant to this position. The organization values both work experience and education and realizes that individuals take different paths to acquire knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Eight plus years' relevant work experience in corporate fundraising or sponsorship.
• Eight plus years' relevant work experience in State and/or Federal advocacy & policy efforts.
• Experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or consumer sales.
• Familiarity with the complexities of academic systems a plus.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary qualifications to successfully perform the duties of the position will be considered.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for our Director of Emerging Partnerships is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with up to 30% frequent travel.
