Join our team as a full-time Patient Service Coordinator starting at $19 per hour with previous medical office experience.
College Park Physical Therapy & Hand Rehabilitation has an immediate opportunity for the ideal candidate with previous experience in healthcare, excellent customer service skills, works as a team player and can responsibly handle multiple duties in a busy, well-established outpatient office with multiple locations. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to both our Silver Spring and Riverdale Park offices to work.
Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
One Saturday a month: 7:45 am - 1 pm
Responsibilities include: answer multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and eligibility, obtain insurance authorizations for therapy services, collect and post patient payments and fax, copy, file and scan medical records.
