Essential Functions:

Ensure Facility Cleanliness, Safety, and Compliance

• Maintain assigned areas in a high state of cleanliness using proper techniques.
• Keep all areas fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and patio areas.
• Ensure compliance with all CWI, Federal, State, County, and City fire, safety, and ADA codes and policies.

Support Customer Service and Event Operations

• Assist customers with on-site transportation and set-up of equipment.
• Properly review event documents and diagrams to establish event needs, including type, amount, and arrangement of equipment.
• May be called into work on special events outside normal work hours.

Monitor and Maintain Facility Systems and Equipment

• Monitor and control facility HVAC and lighting.
• Track repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Recommend safety and security changes as needed.

Support Emergency and Organizational Operations

• Assist in emergency evacuations, drills, and tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conveys by word and action the values expected by CWI.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organization skills and task prioritization.
• Understanding of custodial work safety rules.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience with floor buffers and vacuum cleaners preferred. If not, job-specific training is provided.
• Previous facility set up, grounds keeping, and/or custodial experience at a college or

Additional Instructions for Applicants:

• The work schedule will be typically Monday–Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

**We are offering a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, which will be divided
into two $500.00 payments paid out at three months and six months from your hire date.

*** All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
