College of the Ozarks is looking for an experienced Baker at the College’s
Pearl Roger’s Student Dining Hall.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume
kitchen with a solid background of supervisory skills. The facility is an all-
you-can-eat feeding about 2,000 daily meals. Key skill requirements are to
lead a staff of 15 students and teach basic food preparation techniques and
kitchen sanitation. Preferred qualifications include good communication
skills, a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and can relate well with the
Academic, Vocational, Christian, Cultural, and Patriotic mission points of
the College. This is a full time (year-round) position and includes benefits
such as paid medical insurance, retirement, and vacation/sick paid time off.
This position will be an afternoon/evening shift Monday through Friday (this
is based upon business needs). The successful applicant must pass a
