Position Details
- Applicable computer programs and equipment;

- Develops, implements, and supervises daily activities and procedures for the Testing Center.
- Diagnoses, solves, and communicates technology related problems with internal and external partners impacting high stakes testing.
- Leads, analyses, and reports TSI Assessment test data for enrollment management.
- Maximizes revenue generation of the Testing Center.
- Ensures compliance with updated state regulated changes to TSI cut-scores and correct testing sequences.
- Manages budgets, expenses and revenue reports. Interprets and explains College testing policies and procedures.
- Ensures that testing programs offered are supportive of the college goals and objectives, and accommodate community testing needs.
- Knowledge of state mandated assessments and their relation to their effect on student course requirements.
- Conducts annual staff evaluations and observations to determine areas of growth.
- Interprets test results, provides guidance to students and make appropriate referrals.
- Supervises staff and assigns duties. Creates and maintains training and office procedures manual.

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
