As an entry-level Wingman, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:
- Be a first-class move or junk removal specialist with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Go out of your way to be extra friendly (smile, eye contact, and small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially our clients.
- Look and act the part of a professional College Hunk – starting with the uniform (appearance) and continuing with your positive attitude.
- Work hard to safely move and/or remove items from clients’ homes, offices, and other buildings.
- Assist driver with maneuvering the truck through traffic and on job sites (Ex: spotter for backing up) and ensure SAFETY is priority #1.
- Keep track of all truck contents (tools, supplies and other equipment) and ensure supplies are restocked daily.
- Clean the truck and facilities at the end of the day.
- Train to become a Driver and/or Captain.
MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
MUST enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.

MUST be able to pass a federal background check.
