College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving is hiring reliable, hardworking Movers/Wingmen to join our team.
This isn't a desk job. You'll work alongside a Captain and crew to safely move customers' belongings, protect their homes, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
No moving experience is required. We'll train you. What matters most is that you're dependable, coachable, physically capable, and ready to work as part of a team.
For top performers, this can be much more than just a moving job. We offer a clear path from Wingman → Captain → Senior Captain → Management with increased responsibility and earning potential along the way.
What You Can Earn & Expect
Average Earnings: $21 per hour before cash tips and additional incentives
Our Wingmen averaged $21.15 per hour in June 2026, excluding cash tips and additional performance incentives. Crew members also report typically earning an additional $100–$400 per week in cash tips, depending on hours worked, jobs completed, and customer generosity.
Top performers have a clear path to advance into Captain/driver roles, where our Captains averaged $24.83 per hour in June 2026 before cash tips and additional incentives

What You'll Be Doing
- Pack, wrap, pad, load, transport, and unload customers' furniture and belongings.
- Protect customers' homes and possessions from damage.
- Work closely with your Captain and crew to complete moves safely and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job.
- Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
- Bring a team-first attitude and help create a positive work environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Westerville location.
- Ability to work a day shift with varying start and end times based on the day's moving schedule.
- Must be dependable and arrive on time when scheduled.
- Must meet company hiring and background-check requirements.
