What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across frontline and leadership roles
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
- Foster a positive, high-energy culture aligned with our H.U.N.K.S. core values
- Oversee daily operations to ensure job readiness, routing efficiency, and excellent client experience
- Manage fleet maintenance, equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Drive compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high conversion rates on inbound estimates and outbound sales follow-up
- Oversee delivery of white-glove customer service on every job
- Lead by example in handling high-priority clients and complex jobs
- Own and manage the P&L, including revenue targets, COGS, labor, and overhead
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies to maximize profitability
- Forecast staffing needs and schedule effectively to match demand
- Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to grow local brand awareness and lead flow
- Identify and pursue B2B and referral opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or service-based industries
- Proven success in managing teams and driving performance
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of personal accountability and professionalism
- College degree preferred but not required
