College Community School District Hiring Incentive for our New Bus Drivers for the 2025-2026 School Year!
New Bus Driver Hiring Incentive:
College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2025 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits:
Approximately 20-30 hours per week

College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2025 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
- The hiring bonus will be paid in two (2) $250 installments.
- The first $250 will be received after completing 60 working days
- And the second $250 payment will be made after 90 working days.
- Additionally, the starting hourly wage for bus drivers is $24.10/hr.
Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits:
- Starting Hourly Wage: $24.10 per hour based upon prior experience - Bus Drivers
- Up to 10 years previous experience as a bus driver given towards placement on the salary schedule!
- Paid training and holidays
- Optional additional benefits
- IPERS
- Confidential criminal history and drug testing are required
- Must have acceptable driving record
