We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our tax practice. This is a crucial, full-time role that blends year-round office management with high-volume support during tax season.

What You'll Do:
This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and seasonal data proficiency:
Office Management: Serve as the primary administrative support, handling phone calls, filing, scheduling, and general office organization.
Data & Invoicing: Manage all data entry, client correspondence, and invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
Tax Season Support: Increase to full-time hours during peak tax season, with responsibility for high-volume data entry and administrative tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with preparers to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of client documents.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an office administration, receptionist, or assistant role.
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
A professional and friendly phone presence for managing client inquiries.
Flexibility: Must be able to commit to full-time hours during tax season (typically January – April) and approximately 25 hours per week during the off-season.
Highly Preferred Skill: Experience or familiarity with UltraTax software for data input. Training may be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates strong data entry aptitude.
