Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower Elementary Lead Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.
Primary Responsibilities
Creating, planning, and delivering engaging Montessori lessons
Assessing and reporting student progress
Participating in school meetings, professional development, and committees
Adhering to the rules, regulations, and policies of the School
Maintaining a positive classroom environment
Engaging with students, parents, and school staff as needed
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree, required
AMS, AMI, or IMC Montessori 6-12 Credential, preferred
DPI Licensed, or Licensable, required
Salary
Salary Range: $42,000-$50,000, dependent upon experience
