Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Montessori Program Director to lead our growing program. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families. Primary Responsibilities:
Implement policies and procedures and creative daily schedule to ensure high-quality Montessori program delivery
Supervise and evaluate Montessori teachers and support staff
Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the community
Collaborate with the administrative team to set program goals and objectives
Oversee school behavioral expectations and consequences
Provide professional development opportunities for staff
Plan and implement special events and programs for families and the community
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, required
Certification in Montessori Education
Experience in educational leadership
Previous experience as a Montessori teacher
Salary:
Salary Range: 50,000-56,000
