What You'll Do
This is a hybrid position based out of our Plano office, with the expectation of being in office at least three weekdays per week.
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for 205,000 stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. What You'll Do
- Infrastructure as Code: Design and deploy production-ready cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure consistency and scalability across environments.
- Container Orchestration: Manage, scale, and optimize containerized workloads using GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
- Identity & Security: Design and implement robust IAM (Identity and Access Management) policies, following the principle of least privilege to secure our GCP resources.
- Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and infrastructure updates.
- Cloud Architecture: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide Google Cloud-related technical guidance and best practices.
- Terraform Mastery: Proven experience writing complex, reusable Terraform modules for cloud resource management.
- GCP Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
- Kubernetes Experience: Hands-on experience working with GKE and managing containerized environments.
- Security Mindset: A strong understanding of how to set up and audit IAM roles and permissions in a multi-project GCP environment.
- DevOps Culture: Experience with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) and a passion for automation.
