Role – Front-End Developer
We are looking for front-end developers with full-stack capabilities who want to do more than ship features. Here you’ll help deploy complete business systems leveraging the ALANA platform with design and project management support. This role is for builders who think in systems, not pages. You’ll work across UI, architecture, and real-world application of software that powers operations, capital, and client acquisition for businesses across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy responsive, production-ready interfaces using our proprietary software development kit (SDK)
- Customize and extend modular platform components
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to complete projects
- Contribute to reusable templates and system improvements across the platform
What You’ll Build
- Websites, client-facing applications, business operating systems
- Tools for capital, operations, and customer interaction
- Scalable templates used across multiple deployments
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React experience
- Comfortable working with APIs, data structures, and system logic
- Values ownership, speed, and clean execution
- Enjoys solving real-world business problems with software
Compensation & Structure
- 3-month paid contract to start, must be US Citizen
- Opportunity to transition to full-time (W2)
- Open to part-time or full-time during initial phase
- Market-competitive compensation based on experience
