Associate Product Developer

This individual will work closely with Design, Sourcing, and Sales teams to ensure timely product deliveries and accurate execution throughout the development process. You'll play a key role in managing the full product lifecycle — from concept to production — with a strong focus on communication, organization, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with domestic and overseas vendors
• Collaborate with Designers to plan and execute development projects in line with the T&A calendar
• Assist in creating original concepts — including style, color, and fabric — aligned with brand identity and customer needs
• Research current industry trends, including color and fabric innovation
• Maintain and manage development information within the PLM system
• Oversee seasonal production to ensure timely delivery of prototypes, sales samples, and production orders
• Create CADs and colorways using Photoshop/Illustrator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in textile or knit design preferred
• Product development and/or technical design experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred
• Web publishing and internet skills a plus

Salary: $55,000 benefits
