What You Will Do
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
- Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
- Work closely with partners on complex legal issues
- California Bar in good standing
- Strong civil litigation foundation
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Professional, composed, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with autonomy and high expectations

- Entry Level (0–3 years post-bar): $85,000 base salary
- Mid to Senior Level (4 years litigation experience): $150,000 base salary
- Annual performance-based raises and bonuses
