Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer on the Associate or Associate Principal track to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated plumbing and fire protection systems. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive construction specifications and documentation for groundbreaking projects. Salary Range: $70,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience, location, and market data
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for new builds and renovations, incorporating innovative features like eco-friendly wellness integrations.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and system assessments to optimize performance.
- Perform complex engineering calculations, sizing, and hydraulic modeling.
- Produce coordinated drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD for seamless project delivery.
- Research and apply evolving codes, standards, and sustainable technologies.
- Prepare in-depth technical reports and project documentation.
- Engage in collaborative meetings and drive interdisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications:
