What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Expert Car Photographer position at Collectible Classics?
Collectible Classics is the largest volume seller of collectible sports cars on Bring a Trailer. This dealership specializes in unique and low-mileage cars from 1990-2010. They buy and consign inventory from all over the United States.
As an expert photographer your role is to photograph each vehicle before it’s posted to the auction site. Your images are the first thing our customers see when deciding to bid in an auction, so the expectation is magazine-ready. We also showcase our inventory on our Instagram. (@collectibleclassicscars)
Responsibilities
- Photograph each car close ups of each car (~300 images/car)
- Create videos of each car
- Create social media content
- Organize inventory media via Google Drive
- Upload photos & videos to Bring a Trailer
- Assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Hours 8 AM - 6 PM (Monday through Friday)
- Some after hours remote work to finish up projects
- Experience in professional photography a must
- Familiarity with car photography strongly preferred
- Experience with social media (Instagram) and Google Drive strongly preferred
- Knowledge of automotive industry preferred
- Ability to stay organized and complete tasks on time
- Ability to drive manual transmission
Salary: $40,000-$50,000/yr
